Our office phone is usually answered promptly between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, including during the lunch hour.
We pride ourselves in not having a “phone tree”. Rarely, however, our staff may be on another call or assisting with patient care, and your call may go to voicemail. Should that occur, please leave a detailed message and a phone number, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
In addition to the fact that our office always runs on schedule, our patients often drop by the office for routine blood tests, prescription refills, etc.
Please remember, however, that our office may rarely be closed on a weekday- for a holiday, or a staff meeting. To avoid the inconvenience of a wasted trip, we recommend that you always call first (512-454-4849).
You will find us here and ready to serve you almost any time you call, but on those rare occasions when the office is closed, you will always be able to reach Dr. Jones and the staff by cell phone 24/7.
